“My scope of practice is psychiatric medication management, as well as medication management for opioid use and alcohol use disorders. I have been privileged to work with and learn from some of the best nurses in the area. I was able to attain my educational goal by obtaining my master’s degree of science in nursing at Kent State University and board certification through American Nurses Credentialing Center. In order to prescribe Buprenorphine for opioid use disorder, I completed the MAT Waiver training for APRN. For mentoring Kent State University nurse practitioners, I received the Barbara Donaho Distinguished Leardership in Learning Award from Kent State University, College of Nursing.
