Frances believes that meeting people where they are, honoring their lived experiences and unique identities, histories, and strengths shape their healing journey. “I am to provide a space free of judgement or assumption, where my clients can unpack internalized messages, connect to their authentic selves, and reclaim their narrative with pride and confidence!”

Fran specializes in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, relationship issues, anger management, sexual/gender identity exploration and body image related problems in adolescents, adults, LGBTQIA+ youth/adults, and those with dual diagnosis. Fran is also EMDR trained.

She earned her Masters of Science in Education for Clinical Mental Health Counseling December 2022.

Fran’s fun fact is, “I have an identical twin sister who is also into creating art, playing musical instruments, and gaming just like me (she is not in the counseling field, however!)”
