My hope and intention in working as a mental health professional is to create a supportive environment where I attentively listen so that my clients feel heard, respected and encouraged to in the pursuit of achieving their therapy goals. I aim to focus on the strength of the therapeutic relationship and rapport; I want to be a trusted person in your life who supports you in your most vulnerable moments. I work from a client-centered orientation – I will utilize interventions that align with Rogerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
