I work from a client-centered orientation – I will utilize interventions that align with Rogerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
