Professional Objectives:
“Clients are the authors of their life stories. I, as the counselor, and with permission from the client, use a variety of techniques associated with cognitive-behavioral therapy that allow me, as the invited editor, to assist in the formation of the next chapters.”
Theoretical Orientation:
As it can be useful to review the past to seek understanding of thought and behavioral patterns, Kathrine places focus on cognitive-behavioral approaches to create even more useful thought patterns and more productive actions that encourage clients to reach their goals, manage their mental health and find balance in life.
