Professional History

I began as a Licensed Social Worker and then completed work needed for the Professional Counseling License.

Previously employed for 25 years by the Mahoning and Portage County Boards of DD as a Case Manager and then as the Service and Support Administration Director. I also worked as an Abuse Specialist for the Mahoning County Board of Children Services.

Specialties

Children and adolescents with ADHD, PDD, DD, compromised family situations, foster home placements, and trauma victims. I also work with adults with trauma issues, depression, anxiety, divorce, and family issues.

Professional Objectives

To assist children and adults to realize their full potential both personally and academically or professionally, recognizing the role of their pasts while focusing on their present options and the potential of the future.
